UC Davis - Faculty Positions

The Department of Mathematics at the University of California, Davis, is soliciting applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position starting July 1, 2009.

The department has identified the following priority areas: Geometry and Probability, but outstanding candidates in all areas of mathematics may be considered. Minimum qualifications for these positions include a Ph.D. degree or its equivalent in the Mathematical Sciences and great promise in research and teaching. Duties include mathematical research, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and departmental and university service.
