Room Reservations

The Department of Mathematics has meeting space which can be reserved by Department members for activities relating to our research and teaching efforts. Examples of these activities are: job talks, colloquium speakers, seminars, 280s, committee meetings, graduate examinations, etc. Regularly scheduled graduate courses should be held in assigned campus classrooms.

Rooms that are not listed below cannot be reserved. All rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and activities are subject to review by the Department Manager. In addition, the Department reserves the right to move an activity to another campus location if necessary.

To make a room request, send an email to rooms@math.ucdavis.edu or stop by the Student Services Office at MSB 1130. Rooms that are available for reservation on a quarter by quarter basis are as follows:

Scholarly Activity Room	MSB 2240	Seats 12-15. One large table included.	Committee meetings, research group meetings, and master or oral examinations.
Meeting Room	MSB 2106	Seats 10-12. One large table included.	Small gatherings for committees, and master or oral examinations.
